Bookworm is an online or computer game. It is kinda like a word search game but you have to find words that you already know. The more words you know, the higher your score you will have. But it is not as easy, as it sounds. There are different tiles that will make it harder for you to make words. One of the tiles that will make it harder is the "fire tiles". The "fire tile" burns up the tiles one by one until you either use it or when it gets to the bottom then the whole row will "burn up". The more words you can spell the faster you will get to the next level.
As each level you go up, the harder the game will be. To spell the words on bookworm, the tiles of the word that you are making, has to be touching each other. To know when you are close to the next level, is by the 'book self'. The 'book self' fills up with books, the longer the word is, the more books gets placed on to the 'book self'. Bookworm is a wonderful game that an adult can play with a child because the child can help and learn how to spell words. The child would love to play the game, especially if the child loves to spell words because graphics of the game kinda looks like what you find in a child's book. Since the graphic looks like something you find in a child's book, the child might think that the game is actually a game for them.
Playing Bookworm with your child would be a great learning experience for them. If you are looking for Bookworm the company that made it is, Gamehouse FunPass.
